- Harbour Shadows Room - Located on the top floor of the hotel, the Harbour Shadows room offers capacity for 180. The room also offers commanding panoramic water views of attractions like Fort Henry, Royal Military College, historic city hall and Wolfe Island, the first of the 1,000 Islands.
- Sydenham and St. Laurent Rooms - The Sydenham and St. Laurent rooms, each with magnificent water views, are located just below the Harbour Shadows room. Both feature seating for 110.
- The Boardroom - Our stately boardroom is finished in rosewood with plush black leather chairs. Designed to impress, this room is perfect for high-level meetings and features seating for up to 12.
- Fort Henry - A recent addition to our meeting facilities, the Fort Henry room features seating for up to 50 and is ideal for smaller dinners and receptions.
