The LCBO is the proud provider of liquor to the residents of Ontario since 1927. The goal of the LCBO is to ensure social responsibility as well to provide a high level of customer service and to maximize dividends for the provincial government.

Since the 1990's, the LCBO has won over 200 awards for training staff members and development, store design, marketing, innovative retailing, corporate communications and social responsibility. Here are some of the awards won by the LCBO; Innovative Retailer of the Year Award, Socially Responsible Retailer of the Year Award and Outstanding Business of the Year Award.
