It is a school to be proud of! It is currently home to approximately 500 pupils in the west end of Kingston. There are 19 classes in total from JK to Grade 8 with teachers, educational assistants and support staff to facilitate student learning. Lancaster has a large welcoming front foyer, an adjacent all-purpose room (we call it The Great Hall), a large gymnasium and library resource centre, and a computerized underground heating and cooling system. The site itself includes two portable classrooms at the rear of the building. We are pleased to have Frontenac County Children's Centre as part of the school structure. The school yard extends into parkland for additional playground use. Our new playground equipment has been a welcomed addition to our school yard.
