Kingston flower bouquets can come in several different types. The following is a list of bouquets, including styles that are unique and classic.
Arm (presentation/pageant)
The flowers that make up this bouquet are usually long stemmed, allowing them to rest across the carriers arm.
Biedermier
This bouquet is one of European influence, it’s regularly designed in a circular pattern and features many different types of flowers and colors.
Cascade/Teardrop
With an appearance that looks fountain like, this gorgeous bouquet sits with hanging flowers and/or a main base that has greenery descending under it.
Composite The creation of this bouquet is simply a combination of a variety of petals from different flowers placed together to make one large flower.
Crescent There are two types of crescent bouquets:
- Symmetrical- are visually balanced with flowers evenly arched on each side of the bouquet.
- Asymmetrical- are visually balanced with flowers arched on each side of the bouquet with one side slightly longer than the next.
Free Form/Contemporary
These bouquets don’t have any real shape to them, making them unusual but looking very impressive.
Hand Tied
In most cases these bouquets are round in shape, tightly wrapped with beautiful ribbons around the stem of the flowers.
Heart
These are simply bouquets designed in a heart like shape.
Nosegay
These are much like round bouquets, just decorated with a lot more greenery in most instances.
Oval
With a slightly extended shape, this bouquet is a combination of both round designs and cascade.
Pomander
Fastened at the top with ribbons to make a handle, these bouquets are simply cone or sphere shaped and covered with flowers.
Round/Colonial
These bouquets are circular in shape, they’re traditionally used and though very simple still have a formal look. They can either be designed loosely for a more spacious feel or in close bunches.
Single Stem
This is a single stem bouquet normally wrapped with ribbon.
