No artificial flavour, colour, or preservatives are used. Herbs, spices and garnishes used in the recipes include: ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin, black cumin, coriander, cayenne, onions, cardamom, fenugreek, black pepper, mustard, cloves, bay leaf, nuts, coconut, rose/kevda water and saffron.
